Placement Report
Used typically when you are trying to identify how well a person will fit into a given position. When they are outside of the Job Pattern, interview questions are suggested.
Sales Placement Report
Similar to the Placement Report above, however the interview questions are sales related. |
Coaching Report
Similar to the hiring report in that it matches an individual's actual results to a job pattern. However, in the Coaching Report, instead of interview questions, you have advice for the employee's supervisor when they score outside the job match pattern.
Sales Coaching Report
Similar to the Coaching Report above, however the advice for the employee's supervisor is written in job specific sales terminology when they score outside the job match pattern.

Summary Report
Utilized to have a quick look on how well an individual fits into a particular job pattern. It reports the individual scores against that job pattern and gives a brief statement for each. There are no interview questions provided with this report. |
Candidate Matching Report
Allows the matching of many individuals to one Job Match Pattern. This facilitates an understanding of where the best people are to fit a specific job opening - a good measure of the company "bench strength" for a particular job.
Summary Graph
A one page graph utilized to have a quick look on how well an individual fits into a particular job pattern. |
